The Team Lead works in the production department assisting the production manager. Leads by example with safety ensuring the quality of the products produced meet or exceed production goals and train new or inexperienced employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Verifies that non-standards orders are produced according to written instructions, according the Red Flag system.
+ Troubleshoots equipment specific issues and makes appropriate adjustments.
