Starting rate of $23.50/ hour .
Once you have successfully worked 480 hours, you will become a permanent union Pilkington employee. As such you will be entitled to:
- Pay increase to $23.75/ hour after probation
- Pay increases set in accordance with the collective agreement
- Safety shoes allowance after probation
- Health, Dental Benefits and Vision Care
Position Responsibilities: Work in various areas of production:
Tasks include:
- Cutting/trimming, packing off the line, running CNC machines, running print lines
- Always work with safety and quality in mind
