**What You’ll Do**
+ Operate specialized mixing equipment to create slurry mixtures that meet strict quality standards
+ Handle raw materials, including transporting and loading 30 lb powder bags into mixing systems
+ Safely work with powders and chemicals while following all PPE and safety protocols
+ Perform mixing cycles (2–3 per day), each lasting 30–60 minutes
+ Maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S methodologies
+ Follow cleanroom procedures to ensure contamination control
