We are recruiting experienced Manufacturing Technicians to join a leading Aerospace and Defence organisation in Southampton. These roles support a range manufacturing activities, electro‑optic testing, and controlled environment production.Role Overview
Depending on experience, responsibilities may include:Precision or micro‑assembly using hand tools, microscopes, and fixtures
Testing and inspection of electro‑optic or electronic components
Working with small, delicate, or high‑tolerance parts
Following detailed work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
Completing production documentation and reporting issues accurately
Maintaining clean, safe, and compliant work areasRequirements
