Job Description
This role supports all aspects of process in PCBA production lines.
Your tasks
- 1. SMT Line Setup
- Set up solder paste printers, pick-and-place machines, SPI, AOI, and reflow ovens
- Load feeders, components, materials, and perform verification process
- Perform program loading and alignment checks
- Manage change over and first article verification
- Monitor machine performance and ensure stable production flow
- 2. Troubleshooting & Process Control
- Diagnose and correct issues such as misalignment, tombstoning, solder bridging, and missing components
- Troubleshoot feeder faults, nozzle problems, vacuum issues, and machine errors
- Optimize printing parameters, placement accuracy, and reflow temperature profiles
- Support continuous improvement of SMT processes
- 3. Quality Control
- Review SPI/AOI results and take corrective actions
