What you' ll be doing
- Operating and monitoring high-speed production machinery during a 12-hour shift
- Adjusting and calibrating machine settings when changing between job specs
- Troubleshooting malfunctions and making corrections to minimize downtime
- Inspecting finished product throughout the job and correcting quality issues in real time
- Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs as directed
- Communicating equipment and job status clearly at every shift change
