Job Description
A PPC Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all production planning and shop floor activities to ensure efficient and timely production of goods. This role involves working closely with various teams such as production, warehouse, calibration, and sales to develop and execute production plans that align with business objectives. The PPC Assistant Manager is also responsible for identifying and resolving production issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Production Planning and Resource Optimization:
- Plan, manage, and control the shop floor activities for the entire range of OES & RDE, ensuring optimum utilization of resources. Escalate issues to management if abnormalities cannot be recovered.
