Objective:
The objective of the MarCom Lead role is to lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization of marketing and communication initiatives in alignment with the company’s brand vision, commercial objectives, and growth priorities. The role is responsible for supporting in implementing brand guidelines, overseeing the rollout of integrated campaigns, communication materials, content, and events, and managing relationships with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. It also includes leading marketing planning processes, managing content calendars and performance trackers, monitoring campaign execution and approvals, and analyzing monthly marketing performance across key indicators such as reach, e...
