Marine Claims Manager, Southeast Asia

General Summary

Owing to the expansion of our operations in Asia, we are seeking a Marine Claims Manager – Southeast Asia to join us and serve our customers in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Australasia and India. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about maritime insurance with experience in handling marine cargo, hull & machinery and marine liability claims.

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to Head of Marine Claims, you will work together with the team within the region to manage marine claims that are reported to our offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and India:

• Oversee the progress of fast‑track and complex marine cargo, hull & machinery and marine liability claims within designated authorities independently.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and service providers in formulating resolutions on reported claims.
