Responsibilities
- Perform Carbon Fiber Lamination and Fiberglass Lamination works.
- Apply techniques such as Vacuum Infusion and Hand Lay‑up.
- Use Resin Infusion Systems.
- Prepare and assemble marine molds specific to boats and yachts.
- Cut and install carbon fiber and fiberglass layers with precision.
- Apply Epoxy Resin, Polyester Resin, and Vinyl Ester Systems.
- Carry out boat hull repair works.
- Inspect surface and structural quality post‑manufacturing.
- Perform sanding and final finishing works.
- Comply with occupational health and safety standards and use personal protective equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily factory targets.
Qualifications
