Working Pattern & Earning Potential: This role operates on a rota basis including day shifts (06:0018:00) and night shifts (18:0006:00), with core working hours and on call periods. In addition to the base hourly rate, there is strong additional earning potential: £20.00 per hour for work carried out whilst off duty Per-mooring payments depending on experience level: £55 per mooring/unmooring (Trainee) £90 per mooring/unmooring (Certified Operative) £110 per mooring/unmooring (Team Leader) Mileage claims available for eligible off-duty travel (up to 26 miles one way) Key Responsibilities: Operate and assist with the maintenance of marine craft used in port operations Support vessel arrivals and departures, including mooring and unmooring activities Carry out general marine duties including debris recovery, oil spill response and launch maintenance Undertake general port maintenance including grounds work, p...
