Position objective and summary Responsible for developing, executing sales and marketing strategies to build a strong customer base, achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction and positive customer experience. Main tasks / activities / responsibilities . Develop and maintain relationships with marine and shipyard customers. . Handle customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and follow-up sales. . Promote marine services and products to clients. . Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth job execution. . Prepare sales reports, documentation, and update customer records. . Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction. . Source materials and coordinate with suppliers when required. . Support business development and identify new sales opportunities. . Support the undertaking of Ship parts/Ship repair projects with the Operations team to ensure timely implementation, completion, and delivery of projects. .
