Job Description
Your tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer support to shipping companies, vessel operators, and maritime clients across the Americas.
- Create and manage accounts for new vessels, including administration, registration, and compliance with international maritime regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of maritime services.
- Assist the sales team in handling inquiries and providing accurate quotations for digital charts, publications, and other ChartWorld maritime solutions.
- Coordinate and manage installation requests for electronic navigational charts (ENCs), publications, and maritime software, including pre‑installation checklists and all associated administration.
- Provide direct support to crews and shipping company personnel via phone and email, whether vessels are at sea or in port.
