● Fluent in English and Spanish
● –+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, banking, technology, or related fields
● Analytical mindset – comfortable interpreting data (SQL experience highly preferred)

● Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
