Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting partnerships with hoteliers in Malaysia to secure the best rates, allotments, and shortest release periods.
Contracting & Negotiation: Drive business growth by negotiating new contracts, handling contract renewals, and strategically converting third-party business into direct contracts.
Data & Market Analysis: Run utilization reports, monitor booking and cancellation trends, and gather market intelligence to optimize hotel performance and adjust inventory.
