Marketing Acceleration & Excellence Associate Director
Lead the evolution of marketing into a future-ready, technology-enabled function that delivers personalized, data-driven customer engagement at scale. The role sets the strategic vision and operational model for marketing modernization globally and locally, ensuring resilience, efficiency, and differentiation through advanced technologies such as AI, automation, and analytics.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for AI-driven engagement, data intelligence, and MarTech.
- Align transformation initiatives across global and affiliate markets in partnership with Global Integrated Marketing, IT, Compliance, and Executive Leadership.
- Partner with the rest of Global Integrated Marketing, IT, Comex, and OEC to align transformation across global/affiliate markets.
