Job Key Skills:
- Basic understanding or strong interest in ATL/BTL marketing, on-ground activations, and event execution .
- Willingness to learn vendor coordination and event management coordination .
- Good communication skills with an interest in developing negotiation abilities .
- Eagerness to understand and support marketing activities ( BTL ) for new launches and sustenance projects .
- Strong curiosity to learn about micro-markets, competitor analysis, and local geography .
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and execute with guidance.
- Strong coordination skills and attention to detail .
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends, as per business requirements .
