Salary: 50,000 – 75,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies.
Build brand visibility through ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store marketing initiatives.
Manage advertising campaigns, social media, PR, and promotional activities.
Drive customer acquisition and retention programs.
Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing spend.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of marketing experience.
Mandatory experience in B2C/FMCG/Consumer Products/Retail brands.
Strong expertise in branding, digital marketing, communications, and customer engagement.
