Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager and Events & Activations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to:
- Support hotel events and activations through content creation and live social media coverage before, during, and after events.
- Develop and manage social media content calendars across hotel property, dining venues, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Create, capture, and publish engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content for social media channels, ensuring alignment with Fairmont brand standards and voice.
- Monitor social media channels and online reputation platforms, engaging with audiences and responding to inquiries and guest feedback in a timely and professional manner.
