Purpose
Leads the Middle East & Africa marketing and strategic capabilities organization for Surgery in close partnership with the Surgery EMEA Franchise as well as the Surgery commercial leaders across the Middle East & Africa to drive differentiated and sustainable growth. Develops different business and operating models aligned with EMEA regional strategies that hold local relevance to ensure success with a focus on critical strategic priorities to grow the business.
Strategic Marketing & Portfolio Growth
- Define regional growth strategy across franchises.
- Drive segmentation, positioning and pricing strategy.
