We are seeking a potential Marketing Assistant to join our digital marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers and engage them to show up at outlets.

• Respond to customer enquiries via all communication channels timely, including WhatsApp, phone, email, etc.
• Design effective and persuasive talking points and messages to improve conversion rate.
• Booking appointments in system.
• Maintain customer information in CRM system, e.g. HubSpot.
• Brief campaign mechanics with sales and operation team.
• Track daily trial sales and provide performance report by weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Enhance chatbot automation process.
• Assist in other tasks assigned by manager.
