Assisting the Marketing Manager and General Manager in daily administrative tasks to ensure the coordination and functionality of marketing activities.Collaborating in the identification of marketing trends and key opportunities.Conducting market research to identify target customers' needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to aid in the development of marketing strategies and plans.Monitoring the progress and results of marketing campaigns, gathering data to improve performance.Creating and delivering graphic, written, or verbal presentations and reports featuring findings, statistics, and insights.Managing and updating social media accounts to enhance the brand's online presence.Responding to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media, providing excellent customer service.Conducting data entry and analysis to support marketing initiatives.
