Job Summary:
Assists the Channel Manager in achieving volume and peso targets for the year.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Entertains product and process-related inquiries from the sales channel. Elevates complaints and complex requests to his/her immediate superior if unresolved.
- Prepares, monitors and distributes production reports of the sales channel and initiates follow up calls when the channel is short of goal.
- Entertains product and process related inquiries from automotive dealer personnel (salesmen, sales managers, credit and collection staff etc.) prospective borrowers. Elevates complaints and complex requests to his/her immediate superior if unresolved.
- Accepts and pre-screens all loan applications received. Coordinates with the channel or the loan applicant regarding lacking mandatory documents.
