This is a pivotal role within a boutique agency that partners with architects, contractors, and industrial businesses across the UK. Following a period of restructuring, the business is now lean, focused, and ready for smart, sustainable growth. The Founder is looking for one exceptional full-time professional to consolidate marketing, CRM, and client-facing responsibilities currently managed by multiple freelancers.
This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives on ownership, enjoys variety, and brings both creative marketing expertise and confident client communication skills.
