Overview

Responsible for building marketing, client & communication strategies of Piaget in the SEAO region supporting business objectives as well as long-term brand building. Overseeing 5 key Client Engagement touchpoints: Communication (media & PR), Events, Visual Merchandising, Client & Ebusiness. Key missions include developing marketing campaigns leveraging competitive analysis & market intelligence, maximising communications investments with a specific focus on digital channels, developing client experiences to drive recruitment and retention, accelerating ecommerce, strengthening product strategic development, while ensuring close monitoring of A&P budgets.
