Marketing & Communications Lead (Hands-On)

We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Lead to own and deliver our marketing, communications and brand agenda across Linear. This role will suit someone who enjoys building from the ground up, creating clarity, momentum and impact - not inheriting a large team or operating at arm’s length.
Working closely with executives and senior stakeholders, you’ll play a critical role in enabling growth, credibility and transformation across Linear. This includes leading impactful storytelling that connects our work to our stakeholders, from patients and clinicians to partners and the broader community, while supporting business development and enterprise-wide change and internal communications. The role requires close alignment with our BD team to ensure a cohesive and effective revenue engine.
