Responsibilities
- Work with the Manager of Marketing & Communications to implement a new brand and website
- Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies aligned with the SHRAs objectives and the Government of Saskatchewans Health Human Resources Action Plan
- Prepare an annual organization-wide communications plan and create a comprehensive annual event marketing plan to support recruitment and retention goals
- Develop consistent messaging for Saskatchewan healthcare recruitment through collaboration with internal teams, healthcare stakeholders and external vendors
- Support the Recruitment and Retention team with the planning of events and career fairs and the development of marketing and communication materials
