GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This roleis responsible forsupporting B2B customer experience marketing through strong data management, content coordination, and operational processes. The B2B Marketing Content Coordinator will partner cross-functionally to ensure marketing data, content, and inventory are effectively managed to support customer growth, sales enablement, and marketing performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
CMS Content Management, Digital Execution & Analytics
- Own and optimize content within customer-facing CMS platforms
- Ensure content is accurate, current, aligned with brand standards and organized for an optimized customer experience
- Manage promotions, track results, and performance reports.
- Assist in creation of QR codes and UTM tracking.
