Job Description
You will work closely with our part time content creator and report to senior management for monthly / quarterly direction. This is a hands-on coordination role, ideal for someone who is great at planning, loves social media, and wants to grow within a fitness and wellness brand. Job scope: Own and manage the monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and the clinic blog
Brief and coordinate our content creator on filming schedules, topics, and deliverables
Schedule and publish all social media posts, stories, and reels
Liaise with our SEO retainer to ensure content supports search objectives
Monitor and report on social media performance: reach, engagement, and patient enquiry conversions
Coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotions, and awareness month content
Support patient acquisition efforts with content that speaks to individual patients
Translate quarterly marketing direction from senior management into an actionable content plan
