Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for administrative, project and process support of the Marketing team. She/he handles multiple tasks with competing deadlines independently and manages projects and processes efficiently.
Principal Responsibilities
Support Franchise Lead and the Marketing team in preparation of all marketing relevant tasks including but not limited to the:Development, production and distribution of Marketing materialPreparation in relevant local, national and international congressesManagement of external vendors, e.g. communication, event and creative agencies efficientlyOrganizing efficiently the central storage of promotional materialsHandle contract management and logistics for all Marketing eventsMonitor marketing KOL activities and fulfill all requirements of tracking and recording events for the transparency codeTrack the marketing spend in close collaboration with finance (monthly accruals, budget trac...
