Responsibilities
- Lead data management for client marketing campaigns, ensuring precise segmentation across countries and handling changes or new needs in global systems.
- Understand the full CRM data flow to assist various countries during transition to global systems.
- Collaborate with European country teams to interpret campaign briefings and share knowledge of data flows.
- Define, create, and maintain data flows for campaigns, ensuring data collection procedures comply with relevant rules and guidelines.
- Assess potential issues in new systems or interfaces.
- Prepare summaries of technical meetings to support project monitoring.
