Job Description
The Director of Marketing is responsible for building and executing the company’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth in the BPO/outsourcing industry. This role leads all marketing functions—including digital, content, and brand—and works closely with sales to support client acquisition and retention.

- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals
