With a significant number of upcoming launches in the pipeline, the business is at an exciting stage of growth and this newly created role reflects that ambition. You'll work closely with a collaborative, high-performing marketing team and report directly to the Head of Marketing.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Drive end-to-end marketing execution across a portfolio of premium apartment and townhome projects, from pre-launch through to sell-out
- Plan and deliver a high volume of events, both retail (prospective buyers) and channel (real estate agents and referral partners) from concept through to on-the-day coordination
- Contribute to media planning activity across digital, print and other relevant channels
