POSITION SUMMARY . Plan and manage all marketing, advertising, publicity, and promotional events for the assigned brand(s) according to set guidelines . Manage Public Relations, event, creative and production agencies . Support the store Business Goals . Support the CRM and increase existing base of VIP customers
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES . Organize and oversee advertising / communication campaigns and promotional events . Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures . Translate copy for marketing distributions (social media posts, EDMs, press releases etc) . Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities . Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance . Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses . Make periodical store visits to better understand the business marketing needs . Build effective working...
