About the role KENZEN Group is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing initiatives across our F&B brands, including Craftsmen Coffee, Prairie by Craftsmen. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and outlet teams to ensure marketing activities are executed smoothly and consistently. . Plan and execute food-related events, pop-ups, launches, and promotional campaigns . Coordinate event logistics including vendors, venue setup, permits, staffing, and timelines . Write captions, promotional copy, EDMs, and marketing materials . Support digital marketing campaigns and paid advertisements . Work with influencers, media partners, and brand collaborators . Coordinate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities . Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and event results using analytics tools .
