Job Description
We are seeking for a reliable Marketing & Growth Operations Lead to own the technical, systems, and operational backbone of our marketing and client acquisition engine.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all tools, integrations, tracking, automations, and reporting systems work reliably end-to-end , and the go-to owner for anything technical related to marketing operations, growth, reporting, and client onboarding.
Strong problem-solving skills, comfort working across unfamiliar tools, and the ability to figure things out independently will make you an outstanding candidate for this role!
You are not expected to know everything upfront — but you are expected to learn quickly, debug effectively, and implement solutions with confidence .
