Roles & Responsibilities
- Research competitor activities, consumer trends, and emerging marketing strategies.
- Work with social agencies and various internal stakeholders to manage brand social handles, including creating in-house contents (scripting, filming, editing, copywriting, and scheduling) and coordinating with influencers to ship samples / develop content.
- Localise marketing assets, ensure brand consistency, and support approval processes.
- Ecommerce Support planning and execution of campaigns, e-commerce mega sales (e.g. 9.9, 11.11).
- Update and optimise product listings, banners, and assets across Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and Tokopedia.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing and ecommerce metrics and performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and support weekly and monthly reporting needs
