- Work with the product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive branding across all customer touchpoints, both online and offline.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Ensuring local’s content calendar aligned with the company’s objectives and marketing goals, ensuring brand consistency across social channels.
- Leverage customer feedback, market research, and social listening tools (ie. Emplifi) to refine and optimize offline and social media campaigns.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Linguistics or other related fields
- Prior experience in creating copywriting, writing articles and/or blog writing, would be advantageous
