- Manage and support member referral and reward programmes, including fulfilment coordination
- Oversee seasonal gifting campaigns (e. g. festive gifts, client appreciation programmes)
- Coordinate design, production, and distribution of client premium items (e. g. red packets and marketing materials)
- Support digital and user experience enhancements for client booking and engagement platforms
- Assist in client communications and marketing campaign execution
- Manage sourcing and handling of corporate premiums and promotional items
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects
