Role Purpose
• To develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the institution to attract potential customers and retain existing ones
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop marketing policies and procedures for the institution
• Design and implement effective annual marketing plans
• Assist the institution to achieve its monthly and annual targets for new customers
• Manage the institution’s website and social media platforms to sell the its products and services to existing and prospective members
• Develop and implement marketing proposals to attract groups and corporate institutions
