Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, implement and manage the overall annual marketing and communication strategy.
- Coordinate across all departments in developing and implementing the company-wide marketing and communication plan.
- Evaluate communication medium potential and manage strategic partner relationships across company departments, stakeholders and external suppliers to create awareness, educate consumers/collectors and support resellers/dealers in demand creation.
- Keep abreast of and understand market/dealer/consumer behavior and attitudes to generate relevant insights.
- Develop, guide, mentor and lead the team in meeting strategic objectives.
