Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Marketing Ops leads align to marketing leaders, operating as an extension to their leadership teams thereby allowing them to intimately understand the challenges the business faces.

  • The Marketing Ops role comprises ownership of resource management (Headcount & Budgeting), coordinating internal and external (to stakeholders) rhythm of the business, and intra-org planning.

  • Importantly, capacity is reserved to support the marketing leader on new challenges that arise, such as appraising investments or their org design.
