Responsible for overall marketing and its profitability, and overall operations of A&P, CDD, Mar comm and PR & CC ensuring that all practices are in accordance with the company and department’s policies.

Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of the mall's overall marketing strategy to drive footfall, revenue growth, tenant support, and brand positioning.
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Monitor industry developments, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and enhance marketing effectiveness
- Conduct market research and customer behavior analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee the Marketing Department, including Advertising & Promotions, Marketing Communications & Public Relations, Creative Design, and Customer Care functions.
