The Opportunity:
The Omnichannel Marketing Manager will spearhead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of eCommerce, shopper marketing, and retailer media initiatives. This pivotal role is crucial in driving market share growth and achieving profitable sales for our brands. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end development of omni‑channel programs, spanning customized key account initiatives to scalable national campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and business growth objectives through strong cross‑functional collaboration.
Compensation: $96,000 – $141,000 CAD base pay annually plus annual short‑term incentive. The base salary offered may vary based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, education, training, job‑related knowledge, and other organizational requirements.
