Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing business opportunities, acquiring new renovation projects, and managing client relationships from initial enquiry through project completion. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their renovation requirements, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Client Acquisition Identify and develop new business opportunities in the renovation and interior fit-out industry.Source and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, site visits, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, tenants, business operators, and commercial clients.Promote the company's renovation services and generate sales leads.
