Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the agricultural sector.
The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling the company’s agro products. The role involves identifying market opportunities, developing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with customers (farmers, distributors, retailers), and ensuring that sales targets are achieved. The officer will also conduct market research, provide product knowledge support, and represent the company at agricultural fairs, exhibitions, and farmer training programs.
