Job Requirements Bachelor’s
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing)
- Experience handling multiple accounts or projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Preferred Skills Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid advertising platforms
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
