Job Description
The Customer and Market Development Officer provides support to the Marketing Management Head. He / she is the On-Ground Market Developer who is in charge of local and market building. In relation to this, be part in the process of establishing the position of the Brand and building its awareness to the desired target market.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy and Execution
- The position assists the Marketing Head in the development of on-ground strategies, communication concepts, campaigns, plans, and promotions for the Brand/s to build awareness, interest, purchase and loyalty.
- Acts as the point person to third party agencies (BTL - Below-the-Line) to finalize and execute the strategies and tactics.
- Conceptualizes and works with the different departments on the creation and production of on-ground awareness and merchandising materials.
- Create and build new Channels.
