The Marketing Officer is responsible for the strategic development, execution, and management of integrated branding and marketing initiatives that strengthen the company's presence within the real estate industry. The role focuses on building strong brand awareness for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and other property development projects while supporting lead generation, customer engagement, and overall business growth.
This role is expected to create compelling campaigns, oversee project branding, analyze market trends, and develop communication strategies tailored to the real estate market and target buyers.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in real estate or property development marketing, with strong exposure to property launches, integrated campaigns, digital marketing, brand positioning, and customer-focused storytelling.
