Direct Sales
- Follow up on the new sign-up students on their trials status
- Update the daily sales report
- Update the trial report link
- Update the trial status
- Send the confirmation and trial reminder to customers
- Follow up the email regarding the operation and data issue from sales work BD team support
- Update the daily report
- Give operation support to BD team, i.e. PR and PO submit, Google form management
- Update daily marketing reports
- Manage processes that facilitate marketing and campaign execution, from end‑to‑end to track leads
- Manage the data issue
- Assist in ad‑hoc marketing events
